Managing Invoice Templates
Invoice templates can be used to provide specialized formatting, internationalization features and custom text when creating an invoice.
Create an Invoice Template
To create an invoice template from the main menu, go to Accounting < Invoice Templates.
Add Template
Go to Add on the top menu.
Name the template and press Apply.
Add in additional information for this template. Press Apply to continue.
Template has been added and can now be used when invoicing.
Additional Menu Options
Add - Add new template (see above)
Edit - Edit an existing template
Review - Scan list of templates
Report - n/a
HTML - Print a list of templates in HTML format
Download - Download list of templates to computer
Exit - Exit back to the main menu
