From the main menu, select Maintenance > Adjustments > Universal Acct/Description/GL Code.

Universal Change Menu

You can change the following code types:

• Account Code -
• Cost Code -
• Country Code -
• Destination Code -
• G/L Number -
• Payment Terms -
• Product/ Description -
• Shipment Terms -

Cost, Country, Destination Codes and Payment and Shipment terms may be added at this time. Account, G/L and product description must exist before attempting to change. Select the code type, tell it what to find and replace (use a date range if needed), then Continue.

Universal Code Replacement

You can schedule a start time in the future or just Start Now.
