This issue is due to your user ID not having permission to complete the requested action. There are three possible ways for CATS to block your access to functions. The meaning of each action is described in the sections below.

All decisions about CATS user functions are made by your company. Changes to user access must be addressed to your supervisor.

If you cannot see a menu item that another user can access, you simply do not have the rights to access that menu option. Speak to your supervisor about your access to CATS.
